ZOEVA “COCOA BLEND” EYESHADOW PALETTE

Hi beauties!

The company “ZOEVA” was kind enough to send me some of their brushes and their beautiful “Cocoa Blend” eyeshadow palette to try out and review. I am reviewing the eyeshadow palette but I must throw in a quick little comment on their brushes. I was so delighted to see that they were such amazing quality. You can really tell they are durable and definitely not cheaply made. I really adore their brushes! I was also not disappointed in their eyeshadow palette. Firstly, the colours in the palette are stunning – warm, rich shades perfect for the Fall. I was even more happy to see the awesome quality in these shadows. I am always weary of palettes, especially from brands I am not familiar with, therefore I was pleasantly surprised at the awesome quality and pigmentation of these shadows! ZOEVA is a European company from Germany I believe, but the good news is they offer international shipping! You can purchase their items from their website.

This palette retails for USD$21.50, which isn’t too much considering the amount of product you are getting and the quality. There are 10 eyeshadow pans, and they are fairly large. Here is the description of the palette on their website:

The palette itself is beautiful, I think it’s very visually appealing. I love the gold and browns – it’s super sleek! It’s made out of cardboard, and is nice and thin.

As stated on the website, there are a mix of finishes such as Matte // Satin // Metallic // Duo Chrome // Pearl // Matte with Glitter, which to me, creates the most versatile palettes. There is a beautiful matte cream shade which is very important for me to be included in a palette. They also included 2 beautiful warm, matte transition shades and a matte deep brown shade, perfect for intensifying any look. The metallic and glittery shades are stunning as well, they included some lighter ones and some deeper ones which is awesome. I truly feel that the shade selection in this palette is amazing and so greatly thought out.

As you can see they swatch beautifully with out any primer. I truly adore this palette, the warm shades are right up my alley and I’m so excited to be using this palette a lot, especially for the Fall season coming up! Let me know your thoughts on this palette ❤
