ColourPop Cosmetics New Highlighters

ColourPop just released 4 new highlighters to be a part of their wide range of gorgeous highlights! They already have a nice selection & crazy enough, I haven’t tried their highlights yet so I was excited when I received these 4 new ones in the mail! Each highlight retails for USD$8.00. You are getting 4.2 g/0.15 oz compared to their Super Shock Shadows which retail for USD$5.00 (2.1 g/0.07 oz). You are getting more than double the amount so for the price it’s great! (Keep in mind you can also use the highlights as eye shadows as well… score!) As always, you can purchase the highlights along with the rest of the ColourPop products on their website here.

Each highlight comes in the little jar like their shadows except in a much larger size. These highlights are super creamy, pigmented and just so beautiful! There is a high metallic shine to them but there aren’t chunky glitters visible which is always something you don’t want in a highlight for your face! They have that similar consistency as their shadows as well – they’re almost like a gel/mousse hybrid and they blend out into the skin beautifully.

You can see how ultra metallic these highlights are! Super pigmented and metallic but you can decide how much intensity you want to pack on – they blend out super easy and nicely.

Do Not Disturb: a vibrant warm bronze in a Pearlized finish

Candyman: a super metallic rich gold in a Pearlized finish

Might Be: A bright metallic rose gold in a Pearlized

Flexitarian: an intense white champagne in a Pearlized finish

For those super pale girls & boys looking for that highlight that’s light enough for them – you have to get your hands on “Flexitarian”! It’s such a perfect white champagne shade! I like to even highlight the inner corners of my eyes and it really makes them pop. Love that shade. Overall I really love these highlights and want to try out more shades from their collection!
