OPV Press Glitter (Swatch & Review)

dsc06532

Hi beauties! The company OPV recently sent me their individual Press Glitters and if you know me, I’m drawn to anything that glitters! The pans are quite large (0.03 kg – think MUFE single shadow size for reference). Each pan retails for USD$9.74 which is a pretty reasonable price. You can purchase it on their website here. I have 16 out of the 18 shades they are selling at the moment.

How pretty are they?! I totally love this concept of pressed glitters. It’s way more convenient & travel friendly! You can check out my previous post on how I pressed my own pigments and glitters here.

They also sent me their Magnetic Palette that fits all of the shadows with some room for a couple more. This palette retails for USD$20.71.

When swatching the pigments, they all felt very creamy and the glitters all adhered to each other nicely, with no fall out. They say that you don’t need a primer or adhesive while applying these and I can definitely say you do not. If you want extra protection, go ahead, but these already have some sort of adhesive already blended within them which is an awesome plus! I totally love these glitters and am really impressed by the quality of them and how beautiful the colours are! They definitely make me want to wear glitter all the time now! Let me know your thoughts on pressed glitters and which ones are you favourite!
