I’m so excited about this post! I was lucky enough to receive the NEW Morphe X Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow Palette! It will be launching on June 21st @ 8:00 am PST on their website (they offer international shipping) & it will also be available in their store (3424 West Magnolia Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505) @ 8:00 am – 7:00 pm. The palette retails for USD$38.00. You are getting 35 of Jaclyn’s dream shades which she custom designed with Morphe! It took her 2 years to perfect this palette, and she states that Morphe used many different custom formulas which set her palette apart from the other palettes Morphe usually sells. That is also why this palette is a bit more expensive than Morphe’s usual palettes. It also has different packaging – it is cardboard with silver accents so it feels/looks more luxurious and different!
The PR package that was sent came with a little video inside of Jaclyn explaining the palette and the whole process of creating it.
It was such a lovely video and it was really nice to see her speaking about the palette! She also has a whole YouTube video dedicated to her palette where she does live swatches here.
I’m so happy for Jaclyn and I think she did such a fantastic job on this palette! I’ve been following her for years and I’m so honoured I was chosen as one of the first to review the palette. I am not affiliated with Morphe, I was just sent the palette as PR so I could review it. My opinions are 100% my own truthful thoughts! Being someone who uses and loves Morphe shadows and their palettes, I knew I could expect an awesome palette in collaboration with Jaclyn. Let me just tell you that this palette exceeded my expectations! All of the shadows are SUPER pigmented and buttery. The metallics are unreal and the mattes are so super smooth and just blend out like a dream. Honestly, it’s more than you could ask for from an eyeshadow palette.
The palette is mainly filled with warm, bronzey shades but she did throw in a few brights and some taupes to even it out. If you know me, you know I am ALL over those warm shades, that’s just my personal preference so I am super happy with the shade selection.
The palette comes with a separate paper which has the names of each shade included. Being someone who likes to list the details of my shadows used on social media, I do wish that the names were written on the palette itself. That is really my only complaint! I also think the almost white/silver exterior of the palette can get super dirty super quick, but the good thing is that with a wet wipe it’s easily cleanable without ruining the packaging.
I like that she included a good variety of shadow finishes. There are great mattes for the crease and super beautiful metallics which I personally like for the lid. There are also a few more “glittery” shadows which are beautiful and also some more satin finishes for a less foiled look. I really think there’s a great variety of finishes which is important to me for a well-rounded palette. I really wouldn’t expect anything less coming from Jaclyn!
Now for the swatches, I will post each shadow starting from the first row, down until the last, from left to right. I did NOT use any primer whatsoever for these swatches, I just used tape to line them up and keep them looking clean.

It’s truly a beautiful, well-rounded palette and I know I will be bringing it with me along with all of my travels. It’s just perfection. Congratulations to Jaclyn for creating something truly wonderful that I know any beauty lover will LOVE. For the price you are really getting such a high-end feeling product that definitely seems much more expensive than it is. I totally think it’s worth the hype and think any beauty lover should totally get their hands on this palette! Let me know your thoughts below ❤
